Refund Policy

Our goal is to ensure every learner is satisfied with their training experience. If a course does not meet your expectations, review the policy below and contact us to discuss a refund.

Eligibility Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase. After this period all sales are final.

Course Progress Threshold

Refunds are available only if less than 25% of the course content has been completed. Completion includes watching lessons, attempting quizzes, or downloading course materials.

Bundles and Promotions

Discounted bundles or promotional offers may be non-refundable. Specific terms will be displayed at checkout.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

How to Request a Refund

Email education@lastdoor.org with your order number, course name, and reason for the request. We will review and respond within two business days.
