These terms govern your use of the LDRS Continuing Education operated by The Last Door Recovery Society in British Columbia, Canada. Please review them carefully. By registering an account or purchasing a course you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or purchasing a course on the LDRS Continuing Education operated by The Last Door Recovery Society (British Columbia, Canada) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

We may update these terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes, and continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a legal guardian, to register for paid courses.

3. Course Access & Licensing

Course purchases grant you a non-transferable license for personal professional development. You may not share login credentials or redistribute course content.

We reserve the right to remove access to courses that violate intellectual property or platform guidelines.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed through Stripe in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted. You agree to provide accurate billing information.

Refund requests are handled according to the LDRS Refund Policy. Certain courses or promotions may be non-refundable and will be clearly labeled.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to upload, share, or engage in content that is unlawful, discriminatory, or infringes on another person’s rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or other policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, trademarks, and branding remain the property of Last Door Recovery Society and its partners.

You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Platform Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance or unforeseen outages may occur.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant service disruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

The LDRS Continuing Education is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the platform.

If you are dissatisfied with the platform, your sole remedy is to discontinue use and request a refund where eligible.
